Honeywell International,Inc

Albuquerque, NM
Display Services Software Engineer
Global Avionics Modernization Team

October 2003 to August 2006

Utilized Rational Rose/Unified Modeling Language to design the Display Services software which obtains data from the flight controls system, flight management system, and many external devices (including air data computers and navigation radios) and formats the data for display on the Multi-Function Display Units (MFDUs). Used ARINC standards and the 1553 protocol to implement display services software.  Defined the Display Services to MFDU interface for the B707 Avionics Upgrade Program.   Developed both systems and software requirements for the Display Services software.

Honeywell International, Inc

Albuquerque, NM
C-5 AMP Systems Integration Team
December 2000 to October 2003

Utilized an Oracle Database tool to model Input/Output in the Versatile Integrated Avionics platform. Protocols used to model data include ARINC 429 and Mil-Std 1553. Created the system timeline used by all avionics software functions to communicate aircraft status both during test on ground and in the air.
